When you start the pre approval process these are a few of the items your lender will ask you for along with filling out their loan application:

-Pay Stubs for last 30 days (if applicable)

-Federal Tax returns (With all your schedules) and W-2 (if applicable) for last 3 years.

-Bank statements and retirement account statements for last 2 months (All the pages).
