Jamohl is simply the best realtor we have ever worked with. He represented us in selling our condo that we had as an investment property. I feel like a condo is so much more work for a realtor to deal with because of also having to deal with the HOA, it just involves more people and Jamohl was so organized and efficient in communicating with everyone involved. He always answered any questions we had very quickly. Something extra that he did was he would go by and check on the property to make sure it was in tip top shape before an open house or periodically for showings. Making sure that all light bulbs worked etc. so that the property would look 100% when a potential buyer walked in. He constantly kept us in the loop of what was happening with our timeline to closing, we knew exactly when our property had a showing etc. Jamohl truly is such a hard worker and will make your experience so easy and as stress free as possible. You won’t have any frustrations with Jamohl as our realtor (as we have had in the past with others).
