We first got in contact with jamohl back in November of 2019. During the process he helped explain what we would need and how to be eligible in order to be able to qualify for a house. As of April 15 2020 we officially become home owners. While working with jamohl it was a pleasure being able to get to know him because his interest is in making sure the buyer ( yourself) is in good hand. When looking for the houses he was very patient with my family and I. He was very flexible on time schedules since we all had certain days we could only meet and on top of that he would give you recommendations wether the house was worth buying or not. He would give you details about home location, schools,stores, highway etc.

All stuff that could increase or decrease the value of your home if you ever came to sell. When we finally came to an agreement on a house he made sure to to pull up comps on other home within a certain radius and compare similar houses that sold to make sure we were getting a good deal and not being over priced on a home. When he got in contact with other agents he also made sure we got recommended repairs that needed to be fixed before we moved into our new home mostly major stuff that would protect the buyer from having to spend from there own money. Needless to say my family and I are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend him to any future buyers, friends, family and co workers.
